Essential Housing at Ava Park
You may qualify for reduced rent at Ava Park.
Ava Park is proud to participate in the Essential Housing Program,
which makes select apartments available at reduced rental rates for
qualifying Phoenix households.
Eligibility is based primarily on your household size and annual
household income, and you do not need to work in a specific profession
to qualify.
Many working individuals, couples, and families may fall within the

2026 Essential Housing Income Guidelines

Income limits are based on household size and gross annual household income.
Total income may include wages, bonuses, second jobs, freelance income,
investments, and other applicable sources of income.
What is the Essential Housing Program?
The Essential Housing Program provides qualifying households with the
opportunity to lease select apartments at Ava Park at reduced rental rates.
The program is designed to create more attainable housing opportunities
for people living and working throughout the Phoenix area. Eligibility is
based on household size, total household income, and applicable program
requirements.
You don't need to work in a specific profession to qualify.
If your household falls within the program guidelines, you may be eligible.
How Do I Qualify for Essential Housing?
Qualifying may be easier than you think.

Your household's total gross annual income must fall within the applicable
Essential Housing income guidelines.
Applicants must also meet Ava Park's rental qualification criteria,
including a minimum household income of 2.5 times the monthly rent,
along with applicable credit, background, eviction, and rental history
requirements.
